2. License & Acceptable Use

3. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

  • Game Developer Rights: All base games, original assets, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to their respective publishers and developers. Vapok Gaming makes no claim of ownership over third-party game assets.
  • Mod Rights: Original code, custom assets, scripts, and original content authored by Vapok Gaming remain the intellectual property of Vapok Gaming.
  • EULA Compliance: All Mods are designed to comply with the End User License Agreements (EULAs) and modding guidelines set forth by the respective game developers.

  • No Guarantee of Compatibility: Game updates, official patches, or third-party software updates may render Mods incompatible or non-functional.
  • User Risk: You acknowledge that modding video games carries inherent risks, including but not limited to game crashes, unexpected behavior, or potential save file corruption. You assume all responsibility and risk associated with installing and running Mods.
